Work With Melva

People often ask me, “Isn’t human resources boring?” Never!

No two days are ever the same. One day I’m conducting a training workshop, the next day interviewing candidates, and then I’m mediating an employee relations issue, implementing a new HR process and conducting an internal audit.

I thrive in the exciting world of HR, and I know it from every angle, every legal component. Work with me to help your employees — and your bottom line — thrive.
