YWCA HR Manager Position
Position Summary
The YWCA – Central Alabama is seeking a Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function for the organization.
Required Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree and five years of human resource experience, or five years of experience in the HR field. HR Certification; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Salary Range
$46,000 – $52,000
